• We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
2️⃣ Damaged or Incorrect Orders
• Customers must notify us within 24 hours of delivery if the product is damaged or incorrect.
• Clear photos and order details must be shared as proof.
• Complaints raised after 24 hours will not be considered.
• If approved, we will offer replacement only (no refunds).
3️⃣ Exchange Eligibility
• Exchanges are only applicable if:
• The product is unopened
• The seal is intact
• The item is in its original packaging
• Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping charges (if applicable).
4️⃣ Non-Eligible Cases
We do not accept exchanges or complaints for:
• Opened or used products
• Broken seals
• Change of mind
• Personal taste preferences (flavor dislike)
